The Gemini 105MC is a one-of-a-kind catamaran. It offers the smooth, fast, flat ride of a cat, but its 34' length and 14' beam allows her to fit into slips designated for cruising monohulls. This not only makes it easy to maneuver, but allows you to use most monohull slips at marinas, while cruising - a big advantage, since double-wide berths required for most cats are quite scarce, at twice the price.
Iris Ayes has a large, well-appointed galley, an ample head/shower combo, and roomy double berths with plenty of storage - all just a couple short steps down into the hulls. This design offers a light and airy "split-level" feel, with no sense of ever having to "go below." When seeing the interior for the first time, one is shocked at the amount of space throughout this vessel. The salon and the master berth seem uncommonly roomy for a 34 foot boat, offering lots of outside light, combined with its warm, teak cabinetry, to create the comfort of a much larger boat.

The Gemini sails high to windward, and very briskly in light winds. Even first-time catamaran sailors find that she handles with ease. Lots of deck space, and the fact that this yacht can venture into water under two feet in depth, further makes this a delightful Chesapeake cruiser.
